A Quick Snack Made for Easy Breakfast
If you know me, you know that I’m a huge granola fan. Seriously, I’ll go out for breakfast with my family and literally stare the menu for twenty minutes saying something like, “I just want something light like avocado toast or a yogurt parfait.” No, seriously, my husband hears this every time!

Is it just me, or is store-bought granola oddly expensive? I’ve purchased different granolas over the years and have found a few that are really quite tasty, but seriously, have you seen the price of granola at the grocery store? It’s just oats and honey, right? I thought to myself, “Why don’t I just make it? It can’t be too hard, can it?” And I was right. It’s actually so simple, that I haven’t bought granola at the supermarket since!
Not only is granola much cheaper to make at home, but it also gives you the opportunity to customize the sweetness and flavours as well as add in your favourite nuts and seeds to make it a breakfast staple you can actually look forward to every day.

I’m going to share with you my super easy Granola recipe that is perfect for making a yogurt parfait or having as a bowl of cereal (as my husband does). This recipe is so delicious that I often have to make a double batch and I still don’t get to have any before my husband eats it all!
